Key Responsibilities:
The Client Intake Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients, making a significant first impression. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to various forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Utilizing our intake management software effectively.
- Preparing and sending necessary legal documentation, including service agreements and payment authorization forms.
