Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing trust and rapport while providing exceptional support.
  • Facilitate effective communication among clients and team members, ensuring the seamless exchange of information.
  • Proactively address client concerns and deliver innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Support our Financial Planner team by managing administrative tasks, including client onboarding, document processing, and meeting coordination.
  • Safeguard client confidentiality by maintaining organized and secure records.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

Performance Metrics:

As a Client Relations Coordinator, your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Retain clients through outstanding service and support.
  • Efficiently resolve client issues while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Financial Planner team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and reports.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following traits and skills:

  • A college degree or relevant experience demonstrating your ability to learn and commit to long-term initiatives.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, reviewed biannually to ensure alignment with industry standards. Additional benefits include:

  • Participation in our incentive program with potential annual bonuses after one year of service.
