Role Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist serves as a crucial link between our clients and various internal teams. This position is responsible for fostering strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and providing administrative support to the sales and design teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via phone and in-person to address inquiries and provide assistance.

- Respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Oversee customer service reports to improve team efficiency and processes.
- Manage customer issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Handle incoming sales calls and manage client accounts to ensure retention.
- Organize filing systems for sales documentation and support the sales team as needed.
- Perform data entry for sales metrics and maintain accurate records.
- Track sales leads and coordinate quotes and orders for reporting purposes.
- Monitor sales performance and document relevant data.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, strategic work environment.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience, with at least three years in customer service.
