Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) plays a vital role in ensuring outstanding service delivery to our clients. This position requires effective collaboration with various internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CES will also provide essential administrative support to the Sales team, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through phone and in-person interactions.
- Become proficient in lead generation and sales software to support the Sales and Design teams.
- Efficiently manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance to reflect the company's positive image.
- Engage in training and professional development to apply new skills effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with sales, design, and leadership teams.
- Stay informed about current services and products available to clients.
- Ensure the showroom floor is clean and organized, collaborating with Designers on floor plans.
- Address customer requests, feedback, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage customer service reports to enhance team efficiency and improve processes.
- Take ownership of customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Respond to written inquiries and telephone calls.
- Handle incoming sales calls, manage existing accounts, and focus on customer retention.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales and management documentation.
- Provide assistance to the sales team and Sales Manager as required.
- Perform data entry for metrics, sales figures, and other key information.
- Track sales leads, coordinate quotes, enter sales orders, and manage customer orders.
- Monitor sales performance and record sales data.
- Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction through various communication channels.
- Utilize gathered information to identify gaps and recommend strategies for enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, design, and management teams to improve customer interactions.
- Thrive in a strategic, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training, with at least three years in customer service.
