Position Overview
***This role requires in-office presence for three days each week.
The Client Implementation Coordinator works closely with the Implementation Team to ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

In collaboration with healthcare payer clients, team members assess their data and fulfillment requirements, configuring the Zelis system to guarantee effective composition and processing.

This position involves setting up Zelis systems for various services, including Explanation of Benefits, Letters, Payments, and ID cards, utilizing both paper and electronic formats.

Moreover, the Client Implementation Coordinator addresses project-specific assignments while actively engaging with the team to identify challenges and propose solutions through training and collaboration with internal resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discussions to understand implementation needs and provide solutions for the project.
- Leverage technology and Zelis product expertise to meet client requirements.
- Design payer communication documents or ID cards.
- Perform thorough checks for accuracy before returning testing outputs to clients.
- Utilize Jira for task creation and monitoring, keeping team members updated on progress.
- Maintain secure user access and conduct annual security audits under the guidance of the Implementation Manager.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Team on internal enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prioritize tasks based on Go Live Dates and revenue, with support from the Implementation Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside within a reasonable distance from the office location.
- High School diploma or equivalent GED.
- 4+ years of experience in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
- Familiarity with the healthcare claims communication process and printing aspects of claims communication documents or enrollment materials.
- Ability to understand and utilize web-based applications for project management and client business-to-business applications.
