Position: Residential Sales Advisor

Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage sales activities within residential communities and to facilitate the selling and closing processes for new homes.

Reporting Structure: This position operates under the direct guidance of the Area Sales Manager and Sales Director.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary plus Commissions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales activities within residential communities
  • Develop marketing strategies for residential properties
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment
  • Stay informed about promotions, advertisements, and financing options
  • Relay customer inquiries to the Area Sales Manager
  • Maintain the presentation of model homes
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts; coordinate closings; collaborate with lenders
  • Establish personal sales goals and business strategies
  • Monitor customer preferences to tailor sales efforts
  • Present sales strategies and updates to the Area Sales Manager
  • Participate in weekly meetings and provide progress reports
  • Engage with realtors and organize community events
  • Attend marketing events, seminars, and training sessions
  • Coordinate the relocation of model homes as necessary
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred
  • Associate's degree or equivalent college coursework required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Availability to work 3 weekends per month
  • Flexibility to work across various communities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Work Environment: Office setting with a moderately quiet atmosphere.
