Position Overview:
UKG is on the lookout for a Senior Strategy Advisor within our Healthcare division.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Strategy Advisor, you will:

  • Engage with executive leadership for strategic discussions and planning regarding the implementation of UKG solutions.
  • Deliver tailored UKG Advisory Service packages to our clientele, which includes conducting stakeholder interviews, surveys, configuration assessments, and labor data analysis.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by creating insightful articles, case studies, and blog content.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and generate opportunities for Advisory Service consulting.
  • Participate in the development of innovative Advisory Service offerings tailored for the Healthcare sector.
  • Act as Program Manager for large-scale Enterprise implementations when necessary.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource within the Healthcare team and across various verticals as required.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in implementing and consulting on the UKG Pro WFM suite of products.
- Profound knowledge of the Healthcare sector and best practices in workforce management.
- In-depth understanding of UKG legacy solutions, including Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the interactions, dependencies, and risks associated with Timekeeper, Absence Management, and Scheduler functionalities.
