Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate leads and identify opportunities to elevate your business.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their risk tolerance and investment goals, crafting tailored financial portfolios that align with their needs.
- Ensure consistent and transparent communication with clients, adhering to the high standards of customer service expected at One Day In July LLC.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Comfortable with outreach and establishing connections within the community.
- A self-motivated individual with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Holds a series 65 license or equivalent (training available for qualified candidates).
- Shares our firm's commitment to reducing fees and promoting the advantages of diversified, low-cost index funds.
- Possesses a positive mindset and resilience.

Compensation Structure:
Contracted Advisors will receive an annual stipend for the initial two years. Following this period, compensation will be commission-based, calculated on Assets Under Management (AUM), with Advisors earning 45% of the revenue generated from their cumulative AUM.

Additional Benefits:
Advisors will be provided with a state-of-the-art 27" iMac equipped with a high-performance processor and retina display.
