Position: Residential Sales Specialist (Oklahoma City Area)
Objective: To manage community sales and oversee the selling and closing processes of new residential properties for clients in the Oklahoma City area.
Supervision: Operates under the direct guidance of the Area Sales Manager and Sales Director.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary plus Commissions
- Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, FSA, etc.)

- Manage sales activities for residential communities
- Promote residential community offerings
- Ensure exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging clients
- Stay informed about all promotions, advertisements, and financing options
- Relay customer inquiries to the Area Sales Manager
- Maintain the presentation of model homes
- Negotiate and finalize contracts; coordinate closings; collaborate with lenders
- Establish personal goals and business strategies
- Monitor customer preferences to guide sales efforts
- Present sales recommendations to the Area Sales Manager
- Participate in weekly meetings and provide progress updates; attend all staff meetings
- Engage with realtors and organize community events
- Attend public and marketing events; including exhibits, seminars, and training sessions
- Coordinate the relocation of model homes as necessary
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in any field preferred
- Associate's degree or completion of two years of college/university required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or a related discipline is preferred
- Availability to work 3 weekends per month
- Flexibility to work in various communities throughout the Oklahoma City area (11am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation necessary for travel throughout the Oklahoma City area
- Understanding of basic sales techniques and operations
- Marketing acumen
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Experience with social media platforms
- Familiarity with general office practices
- Ability to comprehend financial aspects related to home purchases
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to meet deadlines
- Capability to manage personnel
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Willingness to collaborate as part of a dedicated team
- Proficiency in using computers and various technologies
Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to sit and use hands; stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and stoop or kneel. Must be able to lift equipment up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Occasional outdoor work may be required.
