Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the sales and marketing efforts for new homes within one or several developments, adhering to the standards and processes established by Rausch Coleman Homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Division Sales Manager and indirectly to the Division President.
  • Achieve or surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure homes are maintained in a presentable condition in collaboration with the construction field manager.
  • Implement daily sales activities effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales literature in model homes, including New Home Worksheets, Subdivision Plats, Floorplans, Price Sheets, Covenants, and Contracts.
  • Manage record-keeping tasks, including Sales Contracts, Daily Contact Logs, Weekly Sales Reports, Color Selection Sheets, and Time Sheets (if necessary).
  • Communicate effectively with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, customers, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Coordinate and engage in sales meetings and training initiatives.
  • Ensure all contracts are processed and delivered through the designated systems.
  • Generate 50% of the traffic within the assigned neighborhood.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in using a computer for submitting reports and updates.
  • Ability to manage paperwork flow from the sales office to the main office.
  • Familiarity with computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and scheduling skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to take direction.
  • Commitment to going above and beyond to meet sales goals.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market.
  • Relevant experience in a sales role.
Physical Requirements
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and frequent handling of smaller objects.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional walking or standing.
  • Primarily an indoor position, with frequent outdoor activities required.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer use.
