Territory Sales Development Manager

As a Territory Sales Development Manager at MasterTag, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on horticultural sales experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in horticultural sales, a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and excellent communication and analytical skills. You will also be comfortable traveling approximately 40% of the time, meeting customers face-to-face, and building strong relationships with internal teams. In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Your primary functions will include:
- Fostering the growth of MasterTag services by closing new accounts, maintaining, and increasing sales volume of current accounts.
- Traveling as needed to develop and maintain customer relationships with existing accounts, to cultivate prospect relationships and grow territory sales.
- Forecasting sales and demand by understanding territory, targeted accounts, and needs of customers.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of MasterTag products and services to ensure successful promotion.
