About the Territory Sales Manager Role

The Territory Sales Manager plays a critical role in the success of BigIron by developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and customer expansion within their assigned territory. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including peers, supervisors, managers, vendors, clients, and others who do business with BigIron.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve sales budget numbers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers and partners to promote BigIron's products and services.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all listings, advertising, and promotional products and correspondence within the territory.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain a High Level of Integrity: Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance with BigIron's policies and procedures.
