We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

  • As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our commercial sales presence in the Northwest Territory.
  • You will work closely with our West Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key customers.
  • Your primary focus will be on generating revenue and profitability through the sale of our products to applicators, specialty applicators, and distributors.

About You

  • To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in building product sales management, with a proven track record of managing a profit center.
  • You must have excellent customer service and presentation skills, as well as the ability to travel 50% or more within the region.
  • You should be able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.
