At Jobot, we're seeking an exceptional Northwest Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales growth and revenue in the medical, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries.
About the RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. As a Northwest Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop pricing structures that are competitive and beneficial to our business. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and revenue by identifying potential clients in the medical, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize your technical aptitude to understand our products and services, demonstrating them effectively to potential clients.
- Develop pricing structures that are competitive and beneficial to our business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use your negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals.
- Manage your territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred. In the absence of a degree, 10+ years of experience in the medical, electronics, or defense industry with applications development experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of coatings sales experience.
- Experience with conformal coatings.
- Experience selling services to engineers in the medical, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to develop effective sales strategies and demonstrate products effectively.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $220,000 per year, based on location and experience.
