Spectrum Staffing Group is excited to collaborate with a prestigious global entity in their quest for a Director of Talent Acquisition to spearhead and refine its comprehensive recruitment strategy. This pivotal role guarantees streamlined and effective hiring processes, exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates, and enhanced diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct recruitment teams to pinpoint exceptional talent.
  • Enhance recruitment methodologies and systems for optimal efficiency and adherence to regulations.
  • Engage with business partners to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and collaborate with the DEI Manager.
  • Establish metrics to assess recruitment performance and foster improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to EEO/OFCCP regulations.
  • Oversee strategies and initiatives for campus recruitment.
  • Implement and manage the use of Workday ATS.
  • Administer the recruitment budget and manage vendor partnerships.
  • Guide team development, establish goals, and facilitate career advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with over 12 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of campus recruitment and innovative strategies for attracting early talent.
  • Preferred background in management consulting or professional services.
  • International recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and trends.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO standards.
  • Experience with Workday, Jobvite, or comparable ATS.
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
