Position Overview - Insurance Client Support Specialist
As an integral member of the Brokerage Property and Casualty team, the **Insurance Client Support Specialist** serves as the primary point of contact for agents dedicated to safeguarding the interests of our clients. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive experience for our agents.
Work Environment
This role supports a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility while being based out of our corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate appropriate insurance providers based on client objectives and risk assessments.
- Address complex inquiries and resolve issues through thorough research and analysis.
- Clarify and communicate brokerage options, ensuring alignment with client needs and available carrier solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in telephone customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and utilize management systems effectively.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Education
A high school diploma or GED is typically required.
