Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and adaptable Customer Service Representative to become part of our expanding team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients. Responsibilities include verifying patient identities, facilitating access to our Cannabis Patient Centers, and managing incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining high service standards for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage facility access and ensure patient security.
  • Welcome and register patients, verifying necessary documentation and entering data into our systems.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls as needed.
  • Utilize our internal systems to check in patients and update their statuses.
  • Input documents into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling both via phone and through our online platform.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient health information.
  • Perform clerical tasks and assist with light maintenance duties as required.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Stay informed about state cannabis regulations and compliance.
  • Support patient enrollment in the Green Goods Loyalty Program.
  • Ensure completion of patient self-evaluations prior to order collection.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets in our system.
  • Assist with curbside service when necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing education about new products and industry developments.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Provide coverage for Patient Care Coordinator breaks as needed.
  • Be prepared to take on PCC duties temporarily based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or medical reception is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn various IT platforms for efficient patient support.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in availability, including weekends and evenings.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of community and organizational policies, as well as government regulations.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and personal growth.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and sound judgment.
