Position Overview

VIATEQ Corporation is seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist our valued customers. In this position, you will handle incoming inquiries, document the specifics of each interaction, and utilize established guidelines and resources to facilitate discussions.


Key Information

  • This position requires the ability to secure a public trust entry of duty security clearance due to the nature of the clients served.

The Ideal Client Support Specialist Will

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Ensure a stable and reliable private internet connection, with the capability to connect via ethernet cable
  • Effectively leverage online resources related to the program to deliver accurate and timely information
  • Utilize technical platforms proficiently, including desktop applications, call center-specific phone systems, and internet resources
  • Achieve departmental quality assurance standards and performance metrics
  • Provide education and respond to inquiries from clients, sharing the most current information about the program
  • Adhere to protocols while exercising sensitivity and discretion in managing confidential data

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Strong proficiency in computer usage
  • Ability to successfully complete a language knowledge assessment
  • Robust internet connection due to the remote nature of this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service role
  • Previous clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)
  • Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors
  • Experience with FEMA Call Center operations
