We are on the lookout for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring superior customer service and proficient management of policy-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee personal lines accounts to guarantee client satisfaction
  • Deliver prompt and exceptional service to clients and insurance carriers
  • Accurately manage policy endorsements and updates
  • Assist clients in navigating the claims process
  • Provide quotes for new business and maintain policy records
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Support the renewal process and offer client coverage advice
  • Collaborate with the team and agency on special initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Background in customer service
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with client management systems
