Responsibilities:
We are looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused, and dependable individuals to join us as Life Insurance Customer Support Specialists. Our team is responsible for managing existing policies, which includes:
- Data entry, processing policy modification requests, handling disbursements and premium transactions, and assembling policy documents.
- Life Insurance Customer Support Specialists work directly with State Farm Agents to address customer inquiries by reviewing account histories and providing effective solutions.
