Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for detail-oriented, customer service-driven, and dependable individuals to join our Life Service Values Team as Life Customer Service Assistants.

  • Assist with servicing existing policies, including data entry, processing policy change requests, handling disbursements, and managing premium payments.
  • Work directly with State Farm Agents to address customer service inquiries by researching account histories and providing effective solutions.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills while managing multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and make informed decisions regarding outgoing payments with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business partners to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Perform data entry, process policy change requests, and manage disbursements and premium payments.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates for the Life Customer Service Assistant role will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to locate answers and serve as a resource for resolving policyholder inquiries.
  • Maintain and update policyholder records with meticulous attention to detail.
