About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Amazon Advertising team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering strategic advertising solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, penetrate, and develop executive-level relationships with clients to uncover their business needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers by leveraging your influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Drive deals to closure in a new business environment by leading with data and understanding how Amazon's products and tools can help build relevant advertising solutions.
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients by utilizing sales CRM to measure progress against pertinent sales activities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute advertising plans for different types of businesses.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience with a focus on advertising or advertising-like services.
  • Experience with online productivity tools such as Office 365, Salesforce, or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience.
  • Experience building new customer relationships and working cross-functionally with a wide range of employees.
  • Experience in the advertising, media, or agency landscape with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $119,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
