This role is part of the Payments Products team, which optimizes conversion and drives customer engagement. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to prospect and facilitate the adoption of Selling Partners to Amazon's Currency Converter product.
Key Responsibilities- Build win-win relationships with Selling Partners to increase engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs.
- Create and manage sales pipelines, drive sales-related projects, and own goals and reporting on particular categories or territory responsibilities.
- Interface with executive-level contacts of prospective Selling Partners to facilitate all stages of a sale.
- Develop proposals, business cases, and responses to customers' business requirements, taking a consultative sales approach.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, ecommerce, payments, and retail experience indirectly leading operational and project teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals.
- Proven track-record creating successful multi-million dollar deals and executing sales contracts.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track history of working with nascent products/services in new markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
