Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Residential Sales Advisor is to facilitate and oversee the home purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless closing process that leaves customers delighted and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the sale, processing, and closing of homes in alignment with company objectives, aiming to create exceptionally happy customers.
  • Complete the mandatory training through Lennar Success University (LSU) within the first month of employment.
  • Participate actively in community phone banks and events to promote our offerings.
  • Utilize all available sales tools to assist home buyers and realtors, guiding them through Welcome Home Centers and model homes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial inquiry through to post-closing follow-up, documenting all interactions.
  • Conduct local outreach to generate sales through realtor partnerships, referrals, and self-prospecting efforts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, local community dynamics, and market trends.
  • Track daily customer interactions using designated company tools and prepare regular reports as required.
  • Engage in homeowner orientations and assist customers with builder option selections as needed.
  • Support neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure the upkeep of Welcome Home Centers and model homes.
  • Attend sales meetings to discuss neighborhood performance and strategies.
  • Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork to ensure timely escrow closures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the homebuilding sector.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Possession of a valid real estate license is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is required for travel within the community.
  • Understanding of real estate regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with construction, mortgage, finance, and escrow processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with the ability to achieve goals independently.
  • Ability to maintain the Welcome Home Center during operational hours.
  • Capability to follow supervisor instructions and adhere to workplace protocols.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Commitment to enhancing sales and digital skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and social media engagement is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and real estate professionals.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily active, involving both office and fieldwork in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license is necessary for customer transportation and community visits. The ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds is required.
