Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the New Home Consultant is to facilitate and oversee the home purchasing journey, ensuring that every customer feels 'tickled, delighted, and happy' throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively sell, process, and finalize home transactions in alignment with company objectives, aiming to create satisfied customers.
- Complete the required Lennar Success University (LSU) Training Suites within the first month of employment.
- Engage in division phone banks and community events as part of your role.
- Utilize all provided sales and organizational tools to assist home buyers and realtors, guiding them through Welcome Home Centers and available homesites.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through to post-closing, documenting all interactions.
- Travel within the local area to generate sales through realtor partnerships, referrals, and self-initiated outreach.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, local community insights, and demographic trends.
- Track daily customer traffic using designated company tools and prepare timely reports.
- Participate in homeowner orientations and assist customers with builder option selections when necessary.
- Engage in neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure the upkeep of Welcome Home Centers and models.
- Attend sales meetings to discuss neighborhood performance and sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of paperwork to ensure timely escrow closures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in the homebuilding sector.
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Possession of a valid real estate license is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is required for community travel.
- Understanding of real estate law is essential.
- Familiarity with construction, mortgage, finance, and escrow processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are necessary.
- Must exhibit a positive attitude, self-motivation, and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality is essential.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and openness to constructive feedback.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves active engagement, including office work and walking in various weather conditions to visit homesites. A valid state driver's license is necessary for transporting customers and attending meetings.

Compensation:
