Senior Vice President, Advisor Services Relationship Management

Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Advisor Services Relationship Management is responsible for ensuring advisor satisfaction and retention through strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of advisors, their business goals, and their influence on the organization.
- Enhance advisor satisfaction, drive revenue and asset growth, and promote profitability by introducing LPL Financial's services and products.
- Design and implement business strategies and engagements at various conferences throughout the year.
- Collaborate with internal partners and programs to facilitate strategic connections and referrals.
- Support the Business Development team in recruiting efforts by representing Relationship Management and the firm.
- Host advisors at headquarters to strengthen relationships and enhance strategic awareness.
- Engage regularly with LPL executive leadership and management to achieve desired outcomes and improve understanding of advisors' businesses.
- Participate in internal committees and project teams, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Adapt to changing priorities to meet the expectations of both LPL and the advisors, effectively communicating complex topics across various functions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, platforms, and opportunities.
- Exhibit high levels of engagement and leadership within the team.
- Conduct thorough annual Business Assessments and detailed reviews with advisors.
- Document advisor interactions, business opportunities, and communications in the Salesforce CRM promptly.
- Develop strategies to maintain or enhance advisor satisfaction and mitigate attrition risks.
- Understand all aspects of managing a successful practice, including systems, technology, roles, responsibilities, marketing, sales processes, product knowledge, and financial planning.
- Create and implement travel plans to maximize effectiveness while meeting the needs of covered advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in B2B sales, client service, or relationship management roles.
- Strong awareness of industry competitors across various channels, including platforms, services, systems, and products.
- Series 7 license is required; Series 66 must be obtained within 120 days.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with Contact Management Systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Familiarity with SmartSheet, Microsoft Teams, and standard MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
