Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze applicants' financial profiles, credit histories, and property details to establish mortgage eligibility.
  • Guide and inform clients about mortgage products and the application procedures.
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications, ensuring the collection of all necessary information for mortgage approval.
  • Navigate effectively within the mortgage sales environment, utilizing the Loan Origination System, CRM, credit vendor systems, and other essential software throughout the mortgage process.
  • Maintain constant communication with prospects, loan applicants, and third-party vendors, ensuring consistent follow-up during the mortgage journey.
  • Achieve qualification for multiple state mortgage licenses within the initial 45 days and develop knowledge in traditional mortgage products (conventional, government, or Non-QM).
Qualifications:

What You Will Bring:

  • Current resident of Arizona.
  • Active NMLS license (or eligibility for reactivation).
  • Successful completion of the SAFE exam.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage lending.
  • Eligibility to fulfill state and federal MLO licensing requirements, including pre-license education, testing, and background checks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, a positive outlook, and a competitive drive.

Compensation: $130,000 to $200,000+ annually, plus bonuses and benefits. This reflects the anticipated earnings for this role, comprising a base salary and uncapped commissions.
