Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sale, processing, and closing of homes in alignment with company objectives, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Complete the required training programs within the first month of employment to ensure a strong foundation in our processes.
  • Actively participate in community outreach events and phone banks to connect with potential buyers.
  • Utilize our selling philosophy to assist customers and realtors, providing tours of Welcome Home Centers and available homes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial inquiry through to post-closing follow-up.
  • Engage with the local community to generate sales through referrals and self-prospecting efforts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including product offerings and market demographics.
  • Track daily customer interactions and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Participate in homeowner orientations and assist customers with their selections.
  • Contribute to neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the Welcome Home Center and model homes in collaboration with the field team.
  • Attend sales meetings to strategize on neighborhood performance and sales tactics.
  • Assist in processing paperwork to ensure timely escrow closures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the homebuilding sector.
  • High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
  • A valid real estate license is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations is essential.
  • Knowledge of construction, finance, and escrow processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are necessary.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to meet weekly targets independently.
  • Ability to maintain the Welcome Home Center during operational hours.
  • Capability to follow supervisory directions and adhere to company policies.
  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to personal development in sales and digital skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and social media engagement is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and real estate professionals.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • A strong work ethic and openness to constructive feedback are important.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves active engagement, including office tasks and outdoor activities in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to community sites and meetings. Candidates should be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:

The standard base salary for this position is approximately $29,848 annually, with potential for additional incentives based on performance.
