Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
- Efficiently identify top candidates for new client requirements.
- Present qualified talent for open positions.
Thoroughly analyze job specifications to grasp the Hiring Manager's requirements and ask insightful questions to pinpoint the ideal candidate(s).
Format candidate resumes and introductions to meet the expectations of Account Managers and Hiring Managers.Coordinate interviews via in-person, telephone, or video conferencing.
Keep candidates informed throughout the interview process and regarding new opportunities they may be suited for.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with previous applicants and prospective candidates.
