Contract Details:

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranging from $17 to $20.

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to take on the role of Recruiting Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in assisting full-cycle recruiters and managing the logistics of interview scheduling for candidates across North America.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Effectively communicate interview logistics and details to candidates.
  • Maintain and update interview calendars to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring teams to prioritize interview timelines.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for candidates as required.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including data entry and management of files.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
