Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter role is essential in supporting the recruitment efforts for both clinical and administrative staff.

This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Clinical.

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess qualifications and provide insights about our organization, compensation, and role expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement effective sourcing and closing strategies for various positions.
  • Identify and engage both passive and active candidates, focusing on building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruiting events, including college recruitment, industry conferences, and career fairs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding candidates' qualifications and status in compliance with guidelines.
  • Evaluate current recruitment programs and processes to recommend enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment searches.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of initiative; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • HR Certification.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
