We are seeking to expand our team with 30 dedicated Recruiter II/III professionals. This role offers a hybrid work environment, and candidates should be based in key metropolitan areas.
Position Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting recruitment processes including interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires.
- Managing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status.
- Utilizing your educational background and experience in the field, ideally with 5-8 years in a relevant role.
- Applying your knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Leveraging your extensive experience and judgment to meet recruitment goals effectively.
- Overseeing various tasks and potentially leading a team of recruitment professionals.
- Exercising creativity and independence in your approach to recruitment.
- Reporting directly to a department manager or unit head.
Qualifications:
- Experience in non-technical recruitment and sourcing.
- Background in sourcing for Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with Aerospace and large technology firms is preferred.
