Position Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting recruitment processes including interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Managing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status.
  • Utilizing your educational background and experience in the field, ideally with 5-8 years in a relevant role.
  • Applying your knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Leveraging your extensive experience and judgment to meet recruitment goals effectively.
  • Overseeing various tasks and potentially leading a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Exercising creativity and independence in your approach to recruitment.
  • Reporting directly to a department manager or unit head.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in non-technical recruitment and sourcing.
  • Background in sourcing for Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with Aerospace and large technology firms is preferred.
