A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your daily responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with existing clients, showcasing our processes, and serving as an expert in recruiting and HR best practices. Many of our clients have partnered with us for years, making it crucial to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services. Excellent communication skills are vital for identifying top candidates and facilitating the hiring process. Our specialists are expected to follow up promptly with clients while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships while expanding our client base.
  • Regularly update clients on the recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with customer support to address HR and recruitment inquiries.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow up on client satisfaction post-placement.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in all products and services offered to clients.
  • Engage with the recruitment team to develop new strategies for client success.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting.
  • Obtain HR certification within the first year of employment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including fast typing and navigating various software.
  • Ability to compose clear and concise written communication.
  • Professional phone etiquette.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.
