As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative recruitment strategies that set our hiring practices apart. Your expertise will empower our Go-To-Market teams to attract and onboard individuals who excel in a dynamic, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to devise comprehensive hiring strategies, becoming an integral part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing our professional candidate pipeline.

About You:
You are a proactive learner, quickly grasping new value frameworks and product domains to craft effective search strategies. You listen attentively to the needs of our teams, identifying top candidates efficiently while prioritizing quality over quantity. Your network is extensive, particularly on professional platforms, and you treat all candidates with respect, regardless of the outcome.

Your personal brand is well-recognized in the industry, and you stay abreast of market trends, driving innovative approaches to recruitment. Adaptability and resilience are your strengths, enabling you to navigate change and tackle ambiguous challenges with ease.


Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, focusing on corporate roles with a proven track record of excellence in performance and talent attraction.
- Significant corporate experience, with at least 70% of your background as an in-house recruiter, demonstrating your ability to drive innovation and influence change.
- Expertise in developing and executing recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on client relationships and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven ability to create and implement recruitment roadmaps, emphasizing employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques and adept at leveraging online resources to identify talent.
- Strong consulting skills, with a collaborative approach that inspires and motivates others.
- Excellent data literacy, capable of measuring and optimizing workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as a talent advisor to hiring partners, providing insights on best practices for achieving recruitment goals.
- Establish data-driven reporting rhythms to communicate progress against objectives.
- Offer expert guidance on sourcing, recruiting, and securing top talent.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and implement strategies that broaden our diverse talent pool.
- Research and engage with potential candidates through targeted outreach and industry networking, aligning them with hiring managers.
- Actively cultivate relationships with passive candidates, assessing their fit with our values and requirements.
- Conduct thorough interviews, facilitate candidate debriefs, perform reference checks, and negotiate employment offers.
