Role Summary

The Senior Recruiter role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment efforts for both clinical and administrative staff.

This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Clinical roles and requires a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates against position requirements while providing insights about our organization, compensation structure, and role expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to devise and implement sourcing and closing strategies for clinical, administrative, and technical roles.
  • Identify and engage both passive and active candidates to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in various recruiting events, including college recruitment, industry conferences, and career fairs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of candidates' qualifications and status in compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of current recruitment programs and processes, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment searches.
  • Proven capability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High initiative; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • HR Certification.
  • A blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $93,101 and $139,630, with compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
