About the Role
Reporting to Radiall USA's Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with HR and Business Group leadership to source and onboard qualified talent to fill critical roles located at our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing, recruiting, and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR Team and line managers to identify and draft/update detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to fill the needs of the organization.
- Advise hiring manager and management of current market ranges and comparable talent pool.
- Take leadership of creating workflows for approval and posting the job opening on the company's ATS and other external job boards.
- Manage flow of applicants through the ATS, ensuring appropriate candidate follow-up.
- Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates prior to setting up interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and confirm with candidates and company interviewers.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers with regard to selection best practices, and is viewed as a subject matter expert as to structure, format, and assessments from interviews.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR partners during the offer process including advising and recommending salary offer strategy, variable compensation, start dates, and other important details.
- Work with candidates to share/explain Radiall new hire benefits.
- Generate candidate offer letters and coordinate onboarding of new hires to the organization.
- Act in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to the recruitment and employer process.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function and hold a relevant HR license.
