Role Summary:

  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is integral to the Global Specialty Recruiting team.
  • This position involves significant interaction with senior executives globally, overseeing the complete candidate journey, including scheduling, candidate engagement, data management, and travel logistics.
  • Our organization places a high emphasis on the candidate experience, and the Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience for our most senior candidates.
  • This individual will serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing essential information and support throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site interviews and collaborate with Executive Assistants supporting senior leadership.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely follow-ups, high-quality work, and effective communication with executive candidates from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive interview experience for on-site candidates by being their main point of contact and facilitating a smooth interview schedule.
  • Input and monitor candidate information in the company database, ensuring relevant parties have access to necessary details.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
  • Handle multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up on deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, administration, or project management.
  • Experience supporting senior management in large corporate settings or senior professionals in professional services.
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly MS Office and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing multiple complex projects.
  • Experience collaborating with recruiting teams.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proven capability to anticipate challenges, manage escalations, and make strategic trade-offs.
