Role Summary:
- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is integral to the Global Specialty Recruiting team.
- This position involves significant interaction with senior executives globally, overseeing the complete candidate journey, including scheduling, candidate engagement, data management, and travel logistics.
- Our organization places a high emphasis on the candidate experience, and the Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience for our most senior candidates.
- This individual will serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing essential information and support throughout the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-site interviews and collaborate with Executive Assistants supporting senior leadership.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely follow-ups, high-quality work, and effective communication with executive candidates from initial contact to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive interview experience for on-site candidates by being their main point of contact and facilitating a smooth interview schedule.
- Input and monitor candidate information in the company database, ensuring relevant parties have access to necessary details.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
- Handle multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up on deliverables.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, administration, or project management.
- Experience supporting senior management in large corporate settings or senior professionals in professional services.
- Proficient in PC applications, particularly MS Office and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience collaborating with recruiting teams.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Passion for technology.
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
