Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Policy Management: Educate, advise, and make recommendations to clients regarding policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and needs.
- Account Growth: Evaluate and negotiate carrier quotes on behalf of clients, promote growth of existing books through account rounding, and bind coverage within established limits.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve all policy and coverage-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a broad knowledge base of carrier underwriting guidelines and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Documentation: Manage client files to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Experience: 1 year of account management or customer service experience.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Licenses: Property and Casualty License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
