Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Mission Critical Business Development team. As a key player in our Go to Market strategy, you will drive demand in key verticals, including Arenas and Venues, Public Utilities, and Citywide Surveillance. Your primary focus will be to grow the pipeline and meet individual sales targets, working closely with our Sales Development team and Regional Sales Managers to refine your target list, develop new leads, and bring value to our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive demand in key verticals by creating a territory plan to achieve or exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities to add to the pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to create new opportunities and close business.
  • Develop strategic relationships with external vendor partners as a source of lead generation.
  • Be meticulous with Salesforce and other pipeline management tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in industry conferences and events.
  • Deliver the i-PRO value proposition for our full suite of products and perform compelling software demonstrations.
  • Support Channel Partners in closing enterprise deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
  • Understanding of the security and surveillance industry.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving ability.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities.
