Business Development Manager

At Peter Cremer North America, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned sales territory
- Use CRM and sales forecasting tools to drive sales and profitability
- Analyze business developments and monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows to market our products and services
- Consult with business managers to gain insights into customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Develop and maintain accurate and current customer records using automated systems
- Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
- Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on their needs and product specifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales position
- Ability to reside in the northeast region of the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
