Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for driving demand in key verticals and growing the pipeline to meet individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed quota in key verticals, including Arenas and Venues, Public Utilities, and Citywide Surveillance.
  2. Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities to add to the pipeline, working closely with internal resources and external vendor partners.
  3. Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Regional Sales Managers, and Inside Sales to create new opportunities and close business.
  4. Develop strategic relationships with external vendor partners as a source of lead generation.
  5. Utilize Salesforce and other pipeline management tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  6. Participate in industry conferences and events on behalf of the company.
  7. Deliver the i-PRO value proposition for our full suite of products and perform compelling software demonstrations.
  8. Support Channel Partners in closing enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus.
  • Understanding and experience selling into Arenas, State and Local government, City-Wide Surveillance, and Utilities would be ideal.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating new business opportunities.
