Job Title: Sales Director, New Business Development

Xometry, a leading digital marketplace for manufacturing, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our outbound new business development efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in outbound prospecting and new business development
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and outcomes
  • Monitor and motivate team performance, implementing best practices in sales pipeline management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years of experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
  • Experience in planning and implementing aggressive outbound sales strategies
  • Knowledge of technical sales and manufacturing is a plus
