Xometry is a leading digital marketplace connecting manufacturers with buyers at Fortune 1000 companies. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

As a Sales Director at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing business plans, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and manage a high-performing sales team
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Oversee sales pipeline management and track sales activities
* Coordinate sales and operations to ensure seamless execution
* Monitor and motivate team performance
* Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM-Salesforce

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years of experience in sales and 3+ years of experience managing a sales team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to train, develop, and grow a sales team
* Eager and driven to exceed sales targets
