Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. This role requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is desired
* Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
* Valid driver's license for the applicable state
* Proficient with Windows operating systems
* Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
* Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

Working Conditions

* Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Collaborate with a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
* Travel to client meetings and events as needed
