Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Avion Hospitality. This role involves effectively soliciting and building relationships with key accounts, as well as prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share goals
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field is desired
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
