Sales Development Representative, Supplier Sales

Xometry is a leading digital marketplace connecting manufacturers with buyers from Fortune 1000 companies. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our Business Development Team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound sales or new business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools preferred
