About ENERGY IMPACT PARTNERS: We collaborate with a premier coalition of corporate partners to identify, fund, and scale groundbreaking technologies and business models that facilitate the energy transition. As the Vice President of Customer Experience, you will work closely with our investment, research, commercialization, and operations teams to ensure our corporate partners receive an unparalleled experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for a significant portion of our strategic limited partners, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is communicated to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Experience and Impact to devise strategies that enhance support for limited partners and guarantee satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Establish a supportive infrastructure that enables other relationship managers to operate effectively and exceed partner expectations.
  • Guide new partners through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition into our ecosystem.
  • Organize and facilitate follow-up activities related to firm events for limited partners, both virtually and in-person.
  • Oversee project management for quarterly and annual deliverables, including account planning and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to incorporate partner feedback into new processes and manage any ad-hoc requests as necessary.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing high-touch client relationships.
  • Credibility as a trusted advisor on market trends and dynamics.
  • A background in the energy sector or the ability to quickly grasp complex industry concepts.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate intricate business scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and a thirst for knowledge.
  • A demonstrated history of effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in energy market analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related areas.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$190,000, with the potential for a discretionary bonus.
