We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Client Engagement to work closely with our investment, research, commercialization, and operations teams to ensure an outstanding experience for our corporate partners. This role involves managing critical relationships with a diverse array of Fortune 500 companies, including top global utilities, energy providers, and major consumers, with the aim of achieving high satisfaction rates and strong customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in energy, sustainability, and innovation, gaining exposure to pioneering technologies and strategic corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for a significant portion of EIP's strategic partners, offering insights to internal teams while cultivating and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Engagement to devise strategies that deliver exceptional support to partners and ensure satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Establish the necessary infrastructure that enables other relationship managers at EIP to operate effectively and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and ambassadors, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate and facilitate follow-up activities related to firm events for partners, both virtually and in-person.
  • Serve as project manager for quarterly and annual objectives, including account planning and business reviews.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to integrate partner feedback into new processes and manage any ad-hoc requests as required.

Qualifications:

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

  • Proven experience in managing high-touch client relationships.
  • Established credibility as a trusted advisor on key industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Background in the energy sector or a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex industries.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate intricate business scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and a thirst for knowledge.
  • A track record of effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience in energy market analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$190,000, with the potential for a discretionary bonus.
