The Senior Vice President, Client Services is a pivotal member of the North America Executive Team and plays a significant role in our global operations. This leader manages a diverse portfolio of clients in one of our most vibrant markets, delivering exceptional experiences and results for our technology and innovation clientele. By staying ahead of industry trends, the Senior Vice President cultivates deep relationships and leverages insights to drive innovation and growth.
This role collaborates closely with other executive leaders to align on strategic goals, enhance our offerings for the future, and stimulate business growth. Overseeing a tech-centric portfolio generating over $20M in revenue, this position is integral to maintaining key executive relationships within our top clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with our top clients, ensuring their ongoing growth and satisfaction.
- Serve as a connector, providing a clear industry perspective on critical issues such as AI, reputation management, and business transformation.
- Act as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, addressing their needs with professionalism and urgency.
- Engage in regular travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen personal connections.
- Set the benchmark for client experience and oversee the Client Service team to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with finance and client service leaders to ensure project profitability and proactively address any financial concerns.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead a team of over 50 professionals, including 5-7 direct reports managing their own portfolios.
- Work with the Head of People & Culture to support talent development and succession planning within the Client Services team.
- Guide the team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Empower team members to manage internal processes effectively, including client growth planning and performance tracking.
- Strategic Business Development
- Contribute to the North America Executive Team, shaping the overall business strategy.
- Support global initiatives related to client service priorities.
- Enhance our presence in the U.S. through thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends to inform strategic decisions and improve client service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for new products and services, setting expectations for collaboration.
- Collaboration and Influence
- Partner with leaders across the organization to create an integrated approach to client management.

- Must be based in a major market.
- At least 14 years of experience in communications and marketing within the tech sector.
- Experience in an agency setting managing a significant portfolio.
