Overview of the Position

The Senior Vice President of Client Engagement is responsible for nurturing agency partnerships in a dynamic and rapidly changing landscape. Agility and teamwork are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct a comprehensive global team encompassing media operations, creative services, and analytics. Provide guidance and support to service line leaders. Sustain senior-level relationships with key global client stakeholders and serve as the main point of escalation. Ensure account health by acting as the primary internal point of contact for all account-related forecasting. Be the leading subject matter expert for both the team and the client. Identify and leverage new growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

Over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within performance agencies, particularly with enterprise-level clients in the technology sector. Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships to ensure account stability and growth while projecting thought leadership and earning respect as a trusted advisor. Direct experience in managing both digital media and creative teams is highly advantageous. Demonstrated capability to align client expectations with the team's limitations and capacity, including the ability to push back when necessary to maintain quality delivery. Proven leadership experience with global and diverse teams in complex, high-pressure environments. Ability to lead and enhance productivity within a cross-functional and interdependent team. Familiarity with technology, particularly AI tools, for performance optimization and creative production. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies. A sharp focus on process efficiency and output enhancement. Excellent communication skills, characterized by confidence, directness, and empathy.
